Steamboat Dream Vacation welcomes you to Slopeside Sanctuary—a newly updated and thoughtfully decorated ski-in/ski-out condo. This 4th-floor corner unit offers sweeping mountain views and a front-row seat to the gondola as it glides up Steamboat Ski Resort. Inside, you’ll find a cozy alpine retreat featuring two king bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and a private balcony overlooking the slopes.

The open floor plan creates a comfortable flow between the living room, kitchen, and dining area. From the moment you turn the corner, your eyes are drawn to the sliding glass doors leading out to the balcony and its million-dollar view of the mountain and gondola passing by.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals at home. Start each morning with the complimentary coffee bar before gathering at the kitchen island with seating for four. The dining table in the corner seats six—perfect for group meals or family game nights.

In the living room, curl up by the stone fireplace with a warm drink, or challenge friends and family on the Infinity Game Table, loaded with hundreds of classic games like Trivial Pursuit, Monopoly, and more.

The first king bedroom is just off the dining area and features beautiful mountain and gondola views, plus private, direct access to a full bathroom shared with the main living area.

Both bedrooms are designed for rest and relaxation, offering high-quality bedding, individual reading lights, nightstands, alarm clocks, sound machines, and Smart TVs.
The living room’s queen sofa bed is ideal for guests who want to fall asleep by the fire or wake up to the sunrise spilling over the slopes.

-Condo building is located off the Right-O-Way trail  - A beginner run that brings you to the base of Steamboat Ski Area
-Hot tub is open Memorial Day – Labor Day and again Ski Resort Opening day (November) – Ski Resort Closing Day (April). It is closed the rest of the year.
-There is not a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a coin operated communal laundry room on Floor 1
-Parties are not allowed. Any additional guests not on the reservation will be charged $50 per person, per night. 
-We have an extremely strict NO SMOKING policy of any kind inside the unit, on the balcony or in the building whatsoever.
-Animals are NOT permitted inside the building or in the unit at any time per the HOA regulations.
-We do not have mail services to the condo. Long term rentals must set up a local P.O. Box.
-We strongly recommend travel insurance for any vacation, especially for ski trips due to weather unpredictability and the high activity level involved.

Originally from the Midwest, our family has lived in Colorado for the last few years and we've always dreamed of having our own little piece of the mountains!

Now, as empty nesters, Slopeside Sanctuary is that dream come true! We've put a lot of love and care into the home to make it a wonderful place for a fun getaway. We love relaxing on the porch and watching the gondolas glide by. The location is perfect for easy access to skiing and biking and well situated for all the other activities Steamboat Springs has to offer.

Ski in/out access is from the lower level of the condo and the hot tub is a great place to relax after a perfect powder day on the slopes. We're excited to make more family memories and are happy to be able to offer Slopeside Sanctuary for you to make memories in as well.
